ACHING JOINTS

ACHING JOINTS ......Aching joints are sign of ageing but it may occur at any stage,especially in women after menopause.there are two type of arthritis.
1.....Rheumatoid Arthritis...... IT involves the inflammation of the synovial membrane.The joints become stiff and immovable due replacement of cartilage by new tissues.

Osteoarthritis.....It involves deformation of the bones at the joints.the joint cartilages degenerate and their articular surface become rough.

YOGIC EXERCISES.......
1....Trikone asan.
2....Do Tad asan by lying on the carpet.
3....Nav asan.
4....Shalbh asan
5....Padouttan asan....Do it slowly according to your capacity.
6.Most important is do morning walk daily , according to your capacity.
