STROKE.

STROKE......A stroke is severe damage to some part of the brain because of an interruption or failure of blood supply to that part. the portion of the brain,where blood supply is reduce or stopped may be damaged permanently

CAUSES....(a)...May be due to the formation of clot or lodging of floating blood clot in an artery supplying the brain.

(b)...May also caused by a rupture of the wall of the artery in the brain with consequent release of blood in the brain tissues.

(C)...Rupture may be due to high blood pressure.

The symptoms of stroke develop immediately. within few minutes a patient become unconscious. within a few minutes a person may collapse or become unconscious.there may occur vomiting or convulsions. There is general muscular weakness and paralysis which may cripple some of the muscles permanently.

YOGIC EXCERISES...1...REDUCE YOUR TENSION......FOR THIS.....DO MEDITATION FOR 15 TO 30 MINUTES DAILY.

2....FOR BLOOD PRESSURE....DO TADASAN,NAVASAN,KONEASAN,SUPATVAJARASAN AND SHEETLI PARANYAM

3....KAPAL BHATI

4.... DO BREATHING EXCERCISE DAILY.

5....ANULOM VILOM.

6 AVOID HEAVY AND FATTY FOOD.
