BLANCED DIET ...IN.. CHIT... SHUDDHI SADHANA

BALANCED DIET......What ever we eat to keep our body fit is called food, but what a pity that we know so little about our food that we take every day to keep fit from our birth to death.Simply filling the stomach ,or taking what so ever come our way that fill our stomach ,is not food.FOODS which promote longevity, truthfullness, intelligence, vigour, health. happiness, cheerfulness, and which are juciy, easily digestable, easily available, and naturally agreeable to dear to sadhak. Acording to viriti (sabbhav or nature) as said in HOLY GEETA....There are three types of in the world, accordingly there are three types of food....
TAMSIC.....A quality that produce inertia, laziness, and infatuation.
RAJASIC....A quality of Prakriti that produces passion and motion.
SATVIC....The quality of food that brings purity, stability, longevity. In bhagvat Gita Lord Krishna has described the kind of food is satvic food, which produce satvik nature in a person. For developing Satvic vriti, food that should be taken can only be a VEGETARIAN FOOD AND THAT SHOULD BE TAKEN AT THE RIGHT TIME, AND ALSO IN MEASURED QUANTITY,AND OF RIGHT QUALITY. THIS IS CALLED BALANCED DIET.
The requistite guidlines on food are given as under.......
1....Take food when you feel hungry.
2....While taking meals fill half of the stomach with food. Leave one fourth part of it for air and the remaining one fourth for water.
3...Chew the food properly and take water atleast half an hour after meals.
4....Always remain calm while taking food.
5....No rigid formula can be given while selecting food articles.....Many factors can be taken like....Age , nature of work, season, personal taste, the availability of food at proper place, physical condition of the person.
6....Take salaad before taking meals ...like cucumber, cabbage, tomato, raddish, carrot, spinach etc. By taking salaad one can minimise the intake of water in between the meals.
7....Donot take too hot and too cold food.
8.... Too much of spicy and fried foods are harm full.
9....The food we take should be the outcome of our hard labour and honest earning. It is saying...THE MIND REFLECTS WHAT WE EAT.
10....The main purpose of a sadhak life is to live and to relish delicious food. Delicious dishes prompt us to over eating and overeating is vary harmfull for health . Bear in mind EAT LESS AND LIVE LONGER, EAT MORE AND LIVE LESS. .

CHIT--SHUDI SADHANA........... TRATAK (STEADY GAZING )

TRATAK OR STEADY GAZING............. It is important kirya in chit shudi sadhana. It is a steady gazing at a point or object without winking. when the eyes are open, there should be no winking at all, and when they are closed the pupil of the eye should be steady. In reality it is simple method by which a person can increase his or her concentration of mind, and mental stability.By gazing constantly at one object a person become stable in thoughts and actions. Tratak becomes SHAMBHAVI MUDRA, when the sadhak is supposed to fix his gaze at the space between the two eye-brows. There can be any object.... it may be flame of candle (JYOTI), AN IDOL OF A DIETY, face in the mirror, a flower, sunrise, moon rise, a star, a natural scene, etc... which you feel good.
TECHNIQUE OF TRATAK......Sit in any pose which you feel better, keep the neck and spine erect , rest the hands on the knees. keep the object on reasonable height in front of eyes at distance of about 3 ft.
1st stage....Gaze at the flame without winking for sometime, then close the eyes gently, open the eyes again and gaze at the flame for a longer time, close the eyes again for some time, Do this practise for one week steadily increasing the time.
2nd stage....Gaze at the flame without winking as long as the eyes are not filled with water, close the eyes gently, open the eyes gaze at the flame again as before, Do this for a week for 15 to 20 minutes.
3rd stage.....Gazing at the flame continuously in the same way and visualising the flame mentally with closed eyes, maintained the stability of mind. Concentrate it with the mind eyes open. Close the eyes and stay in this position as long as you can. After some time the external form of flame will disappear and the flame will glow from insight. NOW DO PRACTISE THIS DAILY FOR FEW MINUTES, VISUALISE THE FLAME MENTALLY AND DO NOT LEAVE THE PRACTICE TILL PERFECTION. At the end end open the eyes and wash the eyes with cold water.
Benefits......(!)..it remove the distraction of mind.
(2)..it develop the will power and increases the concentration of mind.
(3)...it sharpens our brain. and above all it improves the eyesight and helps to attain
DIVIAY DRISHITI. Beside this the third eye is awaken.

LAUGHTER.....AND ITS EFFECT ON THE BODY

LAUGHTER.......It is old saying, that if you weep you will weep alone, if you laugh the whole world will laugh with you.Man to day is so occupied with worldy activities and so much involved with stress and strain of day today  life that he had hardly any time to laugh. at every point he is involved with accumulating earthy material, his life is filled with more expectations, sadness, disappointments and desondency.Indeed,Man has become today a abject character of pathos.
LAUGHTER IS A NATURAL ACTIVITY,an activitythat in no time reduces all the dreadfull circumstances of life to dust.Laughterexcercises a miraculous effect on all systems of our body  namely Digestive system, the Respiratory system, Circulatory system and the glandular system.Old saying, that the wealthiest man is he who  knows the secret of happiness. PRACTISING DAILY LAUGHER reveals that physical laughter is slowly converted to inner happiness. When we laugh from our inner core of heart our face shine with the luster of laughter, we become the center of attraction but no one stand with us when we weep.It is but natural that a businessman who sell his articles to his customers with a smile on his face will attract more and more of customers towards him self. In the same way , an employee who caries all his duties with smile on his face gains confidence and admiration of his BOSS.
Let us include practise of laughing in our daily SADHANA ONLY FOR FEW MINUTES,and make our life free of stress ,depression ,and tension.Let us make our face more lustrous and activate each and every cell of our body.
TYPES OF LAUGHTER..........There are four type of laughter....
(A)....Smiling.....feeling a waves of inner happiness on your face.
(B).....Laughing with mouth shut......Keeping the mouth closed, laugh from inner side so that your whole body shake with laughter.
(C)....Slient Laughing......Keep the mouth open and laugh from inner heart without producing any sound.
(D)Loud laughing.......Laugh freely , loudly, without any hitch, keeping the mouth open , like ha  ha ha  ha ha ha  ha  ho ho ho  ho continuously for few minutes, it may that tears come in to your eyes.
BEAR IN MIND DO NOT LAUGH ON OTHERS BUT LAUGH WITH OTHERS, SHARE THEIR LAUGHTRS  LAUGH WITH FULLEST  HO  HA  HA HO HO .

PRAYER.....IN CHIT SHUDHI SADHANA...GAYTRI MANTRA

PRAYER......
The prayer is made to one who is far more sublime and power full and more superior to those human beings who prays. Never does a truthfully, and humble prayer go unanswered. IT IS ALSO DONE TO ONE IN WHOM WE HAVE FAITH, DEEP FAITH, that he has the capacity to grant it. A prayer is simple and yet a miraculous technique. By virtue of this a person become fearless, a weak person become power full and a sinner become pure. When a person prays by closing his or her eyes deep from his or heart their prayer do not go waste. All aspirations are full filled. We get every thing what we wish. PRAYER brings face to face with God.All our sins are pardon.
Prayer involves two phases --one who offers the prayer and the another to whom it is offered .The best form of prayer is impersonal, for the good of others and not for our selfishness.MAY ALL THE WORLDS BE HAPPY. MAY ALL PEOPLE BE HAPPY. MAY ALL BE FREE FROM DISEASE. MAY ALL SEE GOOD THINGS. NONE MAY SUFFER FROM ANY DISEASE..... LET TO DAY WE DO GAYTRI MANTAR......
Om bhur bhuvah svah tat savitur varenyam bhargo devasya dhimahi dhiyo yo na parchodayat.
INNER MEANING.........O Lord the bestower of Pran,Purity, and Anand, Omniscient and the creator of the entire universe, we meditate you, almighty god with our full devotion, your divine
wisdom
that pardon our sins and enlightens our intellects. We pray to Thee, O MY LORD : Never should our budhies remain unprojected by your virteous light. May My LORD YOU ALWAYS SHINE IN OUR BUDHI AND INSPIRE US TO FOLLOW THE PATH OF PURITY AND ROGHTEOUSNESS TO DO GOOD DEEDS.
Do this mantra..3 times a day, in the morning, in the noon, and in the evening sitting in a sukhassan .

CHIT--SHUDDHI SADHANA

CHIT--SHUDDHI SADHANA
Silence means to be at peace with one self both internally and externally. when our tounge speaks out a word, it actually tries to speak out some truth. Every word is a Mantra but when, where and how it should be used, lies its real worthiness.
Control of the tongue marks the beginning of of silence means MAUN (Chup). To speak less, not to thurst our own opinions on others, think before speak, avoid heated discussion and quarrels, use words sweetly, maintain the stability of mind in the moment of crises, do not use harsh words which hurt the feelings of others, though it is difficult to do but by continuous practise a SADHAK can achieve this state of mind.
After a person control his or her speech by constant practise, then there comes the control of MIND. MIND by its nature is fickle, as Arjuna say to BHAGWAN KRISHNA IN GEETA...... MAN CHANCHAL HAI......MAN BHARMATA HAI..... O LORD TELL ME HOW TO CONTROL IT.It is a bundles of thoughts and forms. it is necessary to stop the movement of these running thoughts deliberately. even for a moments but when it is done again and again, some strange kind of experience is felt.Getting a chance of looking within, a chance of introspection.
GOD"S VOICE ARTICULATES WHEN THE HUMAN TONGUE STOPS TO SPEAK.This silence...the internal silence is nothing short of meditation. It produces immense energy, vigour and power of thinking.
THE PRACTISE OF INNER SILENCE IS DIVIDED INTO THREE PARTS........
(A)....Control over one's tongue
(B)....Control over speech.
(C)....Inner silence.
MA UN IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TOOL BY WHICH A MAN CAN SEE INWARDS.By its practise it helps in opening of third eye
BY MAUN.....A person can save its energy an time.
By escaping adverse criticism and mean thoughts , the SADHAK of silence achieves a remarkable sucess in his journey of doing good to others..
It increases the power of concentration and meditation.
The sadhak by doing this do more good action than bad.
